Who Am I?
My name is Emily, and I am a children’s librarian at a medium-sized library in Wisconsin. I completed my Masters Degree in Library and Information Science at the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee in December of 2023 after a long journey through the program.
Before I became a children’s librarian I was an early childhood teacher for many years.
I started my journey towards my MLIS in 2018 with a few bumps in the road along the way and I am glad to finally be done. I am now ready to start the next journeys in my life which include a lot more time for pleasure reading, crafting, and other things that I enjoyed but didn’t have time for while I was in school.
